Best Keto Cake You’ll EVER Taste
Hi guys!! I’ve been getting a lot of requests to share this keto pound cake recipe! It’s honestly the best! Other recipes do not come close! They are often too dry, crumbly, or taste too artificial. This one is just right! Enjoy! And let me know if you have any questions! This is the Best Keto Cake You’ll EVER Taste! Well in my opinion of course! But after you try it I think you’ll agree! INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Almond Flour (this one is such a good deal!!)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener (Buy it INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F
- Butter your pan well. I used a bundt pan. Set that aside.
- Pour almond flour and baking powder into a bowl. Set that aside.
- Cut up butter into slices, combine with sliced cream cheese.
- Microwave the cream cheese and butter mixture. Recommended intervals of 30 seconds or less. You don’t want to burn the cream cheese! Stir until smooth.
- Add the monk fruit (or whatever sugar replacement you are using) into the warm butter and cream cheese mixture until the monk fruit is melted into mixture.
- Add vanilla extract and sour cream to the wet mixture and stir well.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture (flour and baking powder). Stir well.
- Time to add your eggs. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
- Once oven is preheated pour your mixture into your buttered Bundt pan and place in the oven.
- Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes. Check with toothpick, it’s done when the toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake well before taking it out of the pan so that it doesn’t crumble. We let it cool for about 1.5-2 hours.
- Time to top with some sugar free whipped cream and a few freshly cut strawberries! And of course enjoy!
